Marketing Strategy

Problem

Catalyst Condo Management was a startup company in an established industry that had longstanding players and traditional rules. Catalyst had two goals in mind with its brand and marketing: generate leads to keep the doors open and deliver a quality of service that would shake up an industry long overdue for change. Co-owner, Drew Spencer knew where he wanted to take Catalyst but was not how to get there so he called The Marketing Girl.

Strategy

The Marketing Girl worked with Catalyst to develop a marketing strategy that mapped out exactly who Catalyst was, what they stood for and developed an action plan so they could maximize their marketing efforts. The execution strategy included website development, blogging, search engine optimization and social media.

Results

Within a matter of months, Catalyst had more leads coming in than they had ever imagined. The phone was ringing off the hook.
